To check your order status:
- Log in to your account.
- Under Order History, select your order's number.
Some pre-order and back order items may take in longer time. Please ensure you've allowed 10 - 20 days before querying it with our Customer Service team.
Please note that "Pre-Order" items are not guarantee to have stock. If Pre-Order items are no longer available, we will refund to your original payment.

CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to change a residential delivery address.
Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes.
