RETURN

Our promise is to refund any items that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition by post within 7 days of receipt for Hong Kong, China and Macau orders, and 14 days of receipt for international orders. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-returnable. Credit will not be issued for the following:

 • All items purchased on Sale / Promotion Code 

• Discount Code orders (Welcome code / App welcome code / Bank discount code excepted)

• All bags, accessories, hats/headband, eyewears, jewelry, fine jewerly, scarfs, phonecase, shoes, belts, homeware.

• Intimates, bodysuits, activewear and swimwear.

We charge HKD$20 handling fee for every return item. This fee will be deducted from your refund once we process your refund amount.

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Please fill in our return label with your order number, product name and item number. Please attach the return label to the parcel and post it to us.

Please note all customers are responsible for shipment costs for returns and exchanges.

Please remember to ask your courier for a proof of posting certificate and keep it safe for your reference. Without this, we cannot refund any money if we do not receive your parcel.

 

RETURN PROCESSING

Once we have received your parcel, your refund will be processed within 30 business days. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. You will need to return the unwanted item to us for processing first and then place a new order.

 

FAULITY ITEMS

All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in the garments you purchase from us.

We are happy to replace, repair, or exchange goods in the case of a manufacturing fault.

You can email info@stylegal.com , if you believe your garment has a fault.

 

AUTHENTICITY

STYLEGAL only carries merchandise that is authentic, first-run, and purchased directly from the designer. Please be aware that even such products are not entirely free of workmanship errors, including occasional missing threads and similar defects.
