Ring-

If you need to change the position, please make a note when placing the order. A one-time fee of HKD300 will be charged.

Bracelet -

It can be shortened for free, but it cannot be lengthened. Once the length is shortened, it cannot be reversed.

 Permanent warranty service:

・Free in-store cleaning forever.

・Free maintenance within one year*; subsequent charges will be quoted separately.

・If the accessory diamonds (if any, but not including the main stone) fall off, they can be repaired for free within one year*; subsequent charges will be quoted separately.

・Due to different processing methods, free service may not be provided for some products.
